Smith (Leann) of Grove City and Frederick C. Smith of Southampton, NY; her nieces, Abby Wolfe (Britton) and Chelsea Mikolajcik (Chad); and her nephew Ian Smith (Erin).
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting that memorial contributions be given to Grove City Community Library, 125 W. Main St., Grove City, PA. 16127.
