She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence E. "Gene" Boozell and Helen L. Boozell (Crosby); and her husband Daniel G. McFadden. She is survived by: her children, James E. Kutlus, Jr. (Donna) of Grove City, Danielle Richards (Scott) of Myrtle Beach, SC, Sharon Fascetti (John) of Greenville and Tracy Rozniata (Jeff) of Stoneboro; and her sisters, Eloise Fabian of Pompano Beach, Linda Campbell (Randy) of West Sunbury and Pamela Weber (Ron) of Chapel Hill, NC. She is also survived by eight grandchildren.
