He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Moore Sr. and Mary Moore (Cornelius). He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Moore (Wilder); his children, Michelle Michaels (Earl), Autumn Stouffer (Josh), Charles Beeman (Tiffany), Rob Petry (Shelly), Bill Petry (Dana) and Scott Moore; his grandchildren, Alec Petry, Caden Petry and Colton Petry; and his siblings, Debra Holmes (Joe), Connie McConnell (Rick Gilson), Barb Moore, Herbert Moore and Randy Moore (Jessie). He is also survived by many great grandchildren.
