He is survived by: his mother William Spanberger; his spouse Ruth E. Osborne; his daughters, Veronica L. Norcross and Gloria J. Hockenberry (Richard); his son-in-law Dean Kostelansky of Grove City; his sisters, Dorothy Miller (Max), Mary Jo Shaw, Esther Spanberger and Patricia Bodien; his children, Beverly Ann Norcross, Gayle Knight Kostelansky and David B. Norcross, Sr.; and his grandson Robert Michael McKean, Jr..
