He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren Royer and Virginia Royer (Cozad); and his siblings, Paula, Lindsey and Jeff.
He is survived by: his wife Gloria Royer (Haag); his daughters, Michele Downes (Brett) and Mindy Lawrentz (Jim); and his siblings, Darla, Sheila, Pamela, Warren and Bruce. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
