With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Noel of Grove City, Pennsylvania, born in Foxburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 1, 2021 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd D. Mae and Bessie Mae (Warren); and his wife Virginia Cross. He is survived by: his sons, Richard C. "Rick" of Utica, PA, Jon D. (Shelly) of Grove City, Jeff (Kris) of Grove City and Christopher Noel of Grove City; his grandson Cody Noel; and his siblings, Janet Naysmith and Robert. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, and 2 great great grandchildren.
