It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard A. Ballantine of Grove City, Pennsylvania, born in New Castle, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 28, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Ballantine and Ruth Ballantine (McConnell); his wife Louise A. "Bobbi" Dillaman; and his siblings, Dorothy "Dot" Wilson and Raymond Ballantine.
He is survived by: his sons, Rev. Bruce A. Ballantine of Ridgewood, NJ and Brian R. Ballantine (Julie); his grandchildren, Kaitlan Ballantine (P. D. Gruber), Collin Ballantine (Brittni), Lindsey Fratto (Brandon) and Brad Ballantine (Melissa); his great grandchildren, Eden Viola Ballantine Gruber, Ezekiel Ballantine, Charlie, Carson, Shane, Troy Ballantine and Liam Scott; and his sister Margaret "Peg" Metz.
