He was predeceased by: his parents, James Peter and Marie Kosick (Middendorf); his sister Wanda; and his grandson Ryan Burgoon. He is survived by: his wife Diane Kosick (Burdick); and his children, Mark (Sharon) of Boyers, Thomas (Ellen) of Grove City and Kimberly Ealy (Ronald) of Hilliards. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
