Tobias (Grove City, Pennsylvania), born in Farrell, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 13, 2019, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, George Tobias and Anna Tobias (Gumaca); his former wife Ethel Decker (Kess); his wife Ethel "Kess"; his sons, Dennis P. (Debra L.) and Rodney G. (Kim L.); his grandsons, Josh Tobias and Bryan P. Tobias (Alyssa D.); his great grandchild Brooks Glenn Tobias; his granddaughter Abby Tobias; and his siblings, Marion Decker, Leona Vasconi, Emil, Andrew, Albert Tobias, Charles and Dean Glenn.
