He was predeceased by: his parents, Orville A. Kaufman and Bertha M. Kaufman (Sloan); and his siblings, Mary E. Bowser, Leona Buchanan, Alice Montgomery, Shirley Miller, Howard, Arthur, Rev. Edward, Clarence and William Steele.
He is survived by: his wife Gloria M. Smalley; his children, Laura Ernst (Bob), David Kaufman (Patty) and Mindy Kaufman; and his grandchildren, Joshua Winder, Matthew Winder, Derek Knauff and Brianna Kaufman. He is also survived by six great grandchildren.
