He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lorraine Miliotto and Michael Miliotto; his sister Lynne Otwell (Kevin); his niece Olivia Otwell; his friend Amy Whenry; and his godmother Lucy Ippolito.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Michael's memory can be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
