He is survived by: his wife Janine K. McGuigan; his daughters, Misty L. Hoosier (David) of Magnolia, TX and Keturah L. Welton of Terre Haute, IN; his grandchildren, Daniel, Emily, Emma and Max Hoosier; and his siblings, Sarah "Sally" Conley-DeMarco (Tony) of Jackson Center, PA, Susan MacRae (Doug), Karen Smith (Mark) and Mark Welton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
