She is survived by: her husband Tom; her children, Susan Trojanor-Hayden (Jerry), Jacque Bulger (Ben), Paula Forsythe, Mark Forsythe, Ethel McLachlan (Richard) and Kenneth Forsythe II (Barb); and her sister Connie Emmett of Harrisville, PA.. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren.
