She was predeceased by: her spouse Thomas C. Bowser; and her siblings, Shirley Miller, Alice Montgomery, Clarence Steele, Edward Steele, William Steele, Howard Steele and Arthur Steele.
She is survived by: her children, Cindy L. Elmore (John), Helotes, Richard T. Bowser (Marta) and Fuquay-Varina; her grandchildren, Michael T. Bowser (Justine) and Kathryn A. Bowser; and her siblings, Leona Buchanan and Oscar Kauffman (Gloria).
