She was predeceased by: her mother Wilda E. Barnes; and her daughter Beth Ann Smith. She is survived by: her former husband Earl G. Buchanan; her husband John T. Campbell; her sons, David Buchanan (Wendy) of Brookville, PA and Doug Buchanan (Debbie) of New Waterford, OH; her grandchildren, Erin Ankeny (Zack), Derek Charlier (Jess) and Benjamin Buchanan (Maddy); and also, Marilyn Moon (Doug), Melanie Ritenour (Dan), John Campbell (Kelly) and Jeremy Campbell (Mandy). She is also survived by six great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to American Diabetes Association or Grace United Methodist Church.
