"Andy" Shively of Butler; his granddaughters, Danna Vilkoski (Joseph) and Briana Dugan (Brian); his great grandchildren, Theodore Vilkoski, Adam and Alex Dugan; and his siblings, Hilda Christie of Florida, Mary Lucinda Shively of Butler, Neal Shively of Butler and Jeff Shively (Pam) of Karns City.
