He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry W. Hill and Virginia Hill (Bollinger); and his brother Scott Craig Hill. He is survived by: his aunts, Donna Schultz (Emil), Carol Bollinger and Myrtle Flynn; and his uncle Bill Bollinger.
