She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Frank Bennett and Evelyn Knight Bennett; her husband Robert Montgomery of Grove City; her children, David, Jen Freed of Volant, Bobbie Jo, Jeremy Tidd of Polk, Amy, Jason Thompson of Slippery Rock, Heath, Casey Montgomery of Berlin, Brett, Jess Montgomery of Chambersburg and Nicole Montgomery (Jared Rhoads) of Summerset; her siblings, Freeman Bennett of West Virginia, Larry Bennett of Ohio, Lester Bennett of Volant and Violet Carpenter of Ohio; her grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Olivia Freed, Leslie Newburn, Bobby Waite, Arthur Newburn, Kelsey Sullivan, Zack Thompson and Shane Thompson; her stepgrandchildren, Caden, Conner, Devin, Abigail, Seth Montgomery, Ava Rush and Cash Tinkey; her great grandchildren, Bronson Waite and Evelyn Newburn; and her siblings, Delmas Bennett, Patty Showalter, Sue Martin and Frances Holmes.
They suggest in lieu of flowers memorial donations in Kathy's honor be sent to the Stanley Snyder VFW Post 7465, 1470 Brent Road, Volant PA 16156 and also to Crossroads Baptist Church.
