We are sad to announce that on November 20, 2022, at the age of 82, Kathleen Margaret Elizabeth (Stevenson) Winarski of Grove City, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Stevenson and Nancy Stevenson (Selfridge); and her sister Anna Rocca of Gibraltar. She is survived by: her children, Adrian Stevenson, Sharmin-Ara Malik and Melissa M Stoops (Cooney); her husband Walter Winarski (Wayne) of Hammond; and her grandchildren, Melissa Stoops (Kendall L.), Morgan Stevens, Ashley Stevenson, Ali Persch, Lemuel Pineiro, Steven Mortland and Anthony Mortland.
Wayne took a job in the nursing home at the age of 80 during Covid just so he could spend time with Kathleen, while the nursing home was on lockdown.
Kathleen Winarski, age 82, of Grove City, passed peacefully surrounded by her family on Sunday, Nov. 20, 2022, in Quality Life Services, Grove City, following a 9-year battle with Alzheimer's Disease.
