He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Leone and Sherry Agostino Leone; his grandparents, Nick, Shirley Agostino and Paula Leone; and his aunt Gwen Cihonski.
He is survived by: his siblings, Haley Crighton (John) and Robert Miller (Lucy); his grandfather Ed Leone; and his nieces and nephews, Tyler, Madison, Trent, Lucas, Brittney, Taylor, Dillon and Carly. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
