He is survived by: his niece Linda Swift (Dennis); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Michael Artello of Edinboro, PA and Shannon Artello of Edinboro, PA; his niece Lori Monteleone; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Kailee of Santa Rose, CA, Marissa of Santa Rose, CA and Kasey of Santa Rose, CA; his sister-in-law Freida Monteleone (Frank) of Slippery Rock, PA.; and his brothers, Vincent and Frank.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Grove City YMCA or the charity of one's choosing in Mr. Monteleone's name.
