He is survived by: his wife Helen Louise Buchanan; his brother Paul Campbell (Alice); his children, Marilyn Moon (Doug), Melanie Ritenour (Dan), John Campbell II (Kelly) and Jeremy Campbell (Mandy); his grandchildren, Kelsey, Ryan, Caleb, Ethan, Adasia, Reagan, Jade, Zoey, Royce, Erin, Derek and Ben; and also, Dave Buchanan (Wendy) and Doug Buchanan (Debbie).
