She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Moss and Elizabeth Moss (Mayers). She is survived by: her husband Daniel J. West; and her children, Elaine Curley, Richard Brown (Elizabeth), Sharon Brown, Tiffany Altman (Kevin) and Christopher West (Rochelle). She is also survived by 17 grandkids and 10 great grandkids.
Joan loved animals and her family would like in lieu of flowers, memorial donations in her name to the Grove City Area Pet Rescue, 300 Oak St., Grove City, PA 16127.
