She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry L. Patterson and Hazel Patterson (Dobbs); her spouse Rev. Russell L. Babcock; her grandson Jason Patton; and her siblings, Joyce Thornbury, Jim and Rev. John "Jack" Patterson.
She is survived by: her children, Pam Patton (Doug) of Missouri City, TX, Ed Babcock (Deborah) of Woodbine, MD and Dave Babcock (Cheryl); her foster children, Donna Skakalski and Kenneth Maxwell (Barbara); and also JoAnn Warner. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, several great and great great grandchildren.
