Blakley; his daughters, Sarah Mueller (Joe) and Rachael Kelly (Anthony); his grandson Tanner Mueller of Grove City; and his siblings, Laurie Freel (Gary), Amy Tomson (Dave), Beth Clouse (Mike), Mark Sloan (Laurie) and Dane Sloan (Carol).
