He was predeceased by: his brothers, Richard and Gerald Gallagher. He is survived by: his wife Dolores M. "Deo" Fross; his children, James T. Gallagher, Jr. (Jeannie), Joseph E. Gallagher and Kathleen H. Cline (Jack); his grandchildren, Erin Lutz, Elizabeth Gallagher, Jacob Cline, Maxine Birckbichler, Kaiser Cline, Riley Gallagher, James Gallagher III and Liam Gallagher; and his great grandchildren, Carson, Hailee, Hayden and Calliope.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to any charity that benefits veterans.
