He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Orr and Anna Mae Cline (Weiner). He is survived by: his children, Fred Cline (Kerri) of Jeffersonville, IN and Rose M. Minner (Norm) of Bensalem, PA; and his sister Virginia Liska. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren.
