Palmer (Grove City, Pennsylvania), born in Scott Township, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 12, 2021, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd R. Palmer and Elsie Palmer (Winder). He is survived by: his wife Delores M. Eaton; his children, Raymond Palmer of Seneca, PA, Theresa Snyder and Curtis Palmer; his sister Helen Coryea; his grandson Justin Snyder; and his siblings, Edna Mae Matthews, Mary Jean Somerfield and DeWayne Palmer. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
