Hartman (Grove City, Pennsylvania), born in Youngstown, Ohio, who passed away on April 1, 2021, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Good and Grace Good (Martin); and her sister Hazel Hafner. She is survived by: her former husband Charles R. Hartman; her husband Charles "Chuck"; her children, Crystal Hartman, Mississauga, Ontario, Dorothy Phipps (Robert) of Fairport, NY and Carl Hartman of Greenfield, WI; and her grandchildren, Robyn Phipps, James "Jim" Phipps and Jonathan "Buddy" Phipps.
