He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph S. Hart and Anna I. Hart (Power); and his siblings, Joan R. Wolfe and Richard C. Hart. He is survived by: his wife Betty J. Waltenbaugh; his children, Sally A. Cline (Thomas) of Latrobe, PA and Jeffrey C. Hart (Donna); and his grandchildren, Andrew, Jayna, Sam, Jeff, Jill and Nellie.
