He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold "Bud" Wise and Helen Graham Wise; and his siblings, Betty Ann Castalano and Harold "Buddy" Wise. He is survived by: his sons, Doug (Lori) of Grove City, PA., Scott (Janet) of Grove City, PA. and Tommy (April) of Grove City, PA.; his siblings, Linda Webster (Grove City), Vicki Hartman, Kim Barnes (Grove City), Bob of Grove City and Tom Wise of Grove City; his grandchildren, Brandon (Hannah), Megan, Nancy, Sydney, Ella, Kaylynn and Wyatt; and his great grandchild Winona.

Donations, in memory of Jerry, can be sent to Grace United Methodist Church, 210 S. Broad Street, Grove City, PA 16127.
