He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence A. Parker and Viola Parker; and his siblings, Joann Weldon and Donald Parker. He is survived by: his wife Patricia A. Shawley; and his children, Michael Parker, Douglas Parker (Christine), Susan Henderson (Mark) and Geoff Parker. He is also survived by five grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
