She was predeceased by: her parents, Adolph A. Appel, and Helen Appel, Sr. (Lesniak); her husband Rocco L. Puntureri; and her brothers, Adolph A. Appel, Jr. and Joseph Appel.
She is survived by: her sisters-in-law, Joan Appel and Rose Marie Appel. She is also survived by niece, and five nephews.
