He is survived by: his wife Betty Ann Surrena; his children, Patricia Merrick (Charles), Rick Emmett and Kelly Emmett-Isherwood (Robert); his grandchildren, Jennifer, Stephanie, Ashley and Teddi; his great grandchild Nathan; and his brother Kenneth Emmett (Jane).
