He was predeceased by: his parents, Norbert West and Mary Elizabeth Rodemoyer (Stillwagon); and his siblings, Martha Sutley, Bonnie McFeaters, Judy Uber, Fred and Thomas Rodemoyer.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley A. Brain; his daughters, Elizabeth Dickson (Steve), Jennifer Upton, Brandi Jackson (Pat) and Mercer; his grandchildren, Douglas Upton, Jr. (Alison), Spencer Upton, Haylei Upton, Kalen Jackson and Logan Jackson; and his great grandchildren, Easton, Maeve, Keegan, Blaikley, Emory and Rhoades.
