It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald Lee Houpt of Grove City, Pennsylvania, born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 28, 2024, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles E. "Chick" Houpt and Dorothy Houpt (Haberlein); his siblings, Charles "Charlie" Houpt and Linda Fierst (Houpt-Maxwell); his nephew Loren Houpt; and his nephew-in-law William "Bill" Egbert.
He is survived by: his sister-in-law Marjorie Houpt; his nephew Darryl Houpt (Denise); his nieces, Elaine Maxwell Egbert of Fredonia, PA and Julie Maxwell Fleck (Donald); his great-nieces, Ashley Armstrong (Darryl, Jr.) and Emily Fleck; his great-nephew Trevor M. Egbert; his brother-in-law Walter Fierst; and also, Bella and Alaina Armstrong.
