With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Donald C. Kelly of Grove City, Pennsylvania, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil C. Kelly and Marian E. Kelly (Johnson); and his brother Joel Virgil Kelly. He is survived by: his wife Dianna L. McCandless Pack Bashline; his sons, Donald L. Kelly (Lydia) and Gregory Kelly (Sandra); and his stepchildren, Samantha Kelly and Daniel Pack (Teresa). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, and a great grandson.

Visitation was held on Thursday, March 27th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, March 28th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Forestville United Methodist Church (124 Boyers Rd, Forestville, PA 16035).
