He is survived by: his siblings, Faye Hoffman of Grove City, Brenda Saraday (Ken) of West Middlesex, William Smith (Carol) of West Sunbury and Charles Lee Smith (Lisa) of Warren, Ohio. He is also survived by two Aunts; and many nieces and nephews.
