He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard P. Blair and Ruthella Blair (Woods); and his brothers, Robert L. and Terry Linn Blair. He is survived by: his wife Kimberley K. Kelly; his children, Devin J. Blair and Sarah J. Blair (Josh Morley); his granddaughters, Josie and Mila Morley; and his siblings, Susan Adams (David) and Phillip Blair (Rhonda) of Grove City.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Cunningham Funeral Home, Inc. (306 Bessemer Ave, Grove City, PA 16127). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
