She was predeceased by: her parents, Malcom Hovis and Esther Hovis (Spence); her husband Kenneth C. Whitesell; her daughter Betsy Hagerich; and her sisters, Judith Zambino and Susan Hovis.
She is survived by: her children, Mitzie Stalsworth and Richard Hagerich; and her sister Bobbie Hafer (Randy). She is also survived by six grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren.
