DeFreese (Carothers); her stepparents, Joyce Workley of Ellwood City and Harry DeFreese (Richard Myers) of Pell City, AL; her children, Kyle Mulig of Stoneboro, Cody Mulig of Grove City and Caitlyn Mulig of Stoneboro; her brother Bryan Workley (Samantha) of Pell City, AL; her grandmother Ida Workley of Ellwood City; and her pets, Marshall, Riley, Opie and Sammy.
Memorials may be made in Chryss' name to The American Cancer Society or to the International Association for Suicide Prevention.
