She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Edward and Julia Surrena (Bumbaco); and her spouse Othel G. Russell. She is survived by: her children, Stacey Foster (Scott) of The Villages, FL and Joe Russell (Stacy); and her siblings, Carol Dannels (Larry) of Mercer, PA, Ed Surrena (Mary Jane) and Richard Surrena (Sandy). She is also survived by six grandchildren, eight great grandchildren.
