He was predeceased by: his father Robert McCoy; his grandfather Richard "Dick" Surrena; his brother Derek Coryea; and his aunts, Shelley Surrena and Bonnie Catalfamo (McCoy).
He is survived by: his mother Rhonda Surrena; his wife Kristen Shoaff; his sisters, Amanda McCoy and Aubri McCoy; his grandparents, Joanne Surrena of Grove City, Lee of Grove City and Charlotte McCoy of Grove City; his parents-in-law, Daniel, Renee Shoaff and Harlansburg; and his pets, Simon and Sophie. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and extended family.
