She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Henry and Alice Emptage (Birch); her husband Joseph D. Caringola; her boyfriend William Blyshak; and her siblings, Jean, Joyce, Brian, Norman and Buster Peggy.
She is survived by: her daughter Bonita J. Caldwell (Christopher); her grandchildren, Nicole Lubawski (Matt) and Ryan Caringola; and her great grandchild Ava Lubawski. She is also survived by Niece.
