She was predeceased by: her parents, John Volek and Elizabeth Volek (Slagle). She is survived by: her brother Thomas "Al" Volek (Linda); her nephews, Thomas "Alan" Volek (Jennifer), Jeffrey Volek (Amy) and Erik Volek (Melanie); and her great-nephews, Grant (Vivienne), Noah, Ethan (Chloe), Austin and Jordan.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 8th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Skirpan Funeral Home (135 Park St, Brownsville, PA 15417). A prayer was held on Monday, September 9th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Monday, September 9th 2024 at 1:30 PM at the Historic Church of St. Peter (304 Shaffner Ave, Brownsville, PA 15417).
