He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicholas Haluschak and Irene Uhrin Haluschak; and his siblings, Gregory Haluschak and Kimberly Corbett. He is survived by: his wife Susan Rusnock; and his sisters, Marie Bobbs, Valerie Little, Michelle Piotrowski and Nicole Panicucci. He is also survived by one daughter; three sons.
