He was predeceased by: his parents, Harley A. and Lois Jean Voytovich, Sr. (Shepley). He is survived by: his fiancée Michelle Delara; his daughter Sara Voytovich; his stepchildren, Courtney Delara and Fred Johnson; his siblings, Tammy, Harley, Jr. (Lori), Janet (Richard) and Michael (Wendy); and his grandchildren, Mylena Brown and Carter Flaherty. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
