She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman Murray and Mildred Murray (McNatt); her daughter Ashley Kopec; her siblings, Norman Paes-Murray Jr., Ronald Paes, Roberta Bizik (Paul Jr.), Marlene Rapchak and Darlene Androsky; and her brothers-in-law, Edward Kopec Jr. and Regis Kopec.
She is survived by: her husband Mark Kopec; her father-in-law Edward Kopec; her brothers, Thomas Murray (Joann) and Terry Murray (Fern); her siblings-in-law, Andrew Rapchak, Vincent Kopec (Pat), Linda Paes, Paula Williams (Jack) and Anita Mullins; and her aunt Sylvia Hill. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
