He is survived by: his wife Deborah Jane Skinner (Broadwater); his children, Ronald Skinner (Alice), Rebecca Cieszynski (Casey), Rusty Skinner (Charles Edward Skinner IV) and Reonna; and his brother Dennis Skinner (Jean). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
