He is survived by: his sons, Anthony M. "Butchie" Adams, New Salem and Mark L. Adams (Jessica); his granddaughter Amber Marie (Robert Gibson); and his caregiver Angie. He is also survived by son his best friend and cat: Pookey Also survived by nieces and nephews.
